Jeffrey Paul Delisle, once worked in what is being called a clearinghouse for both military and civilian intelligence, and a center for information gathered from the Canadian Coast Guard and the Canadian Border Services Agency. The Halifax facility also serves as the communications and intelligence center for the Royal Canadian Navy's Atlantic operations.
