Editor's summary:
Gary McKinnon who admittedly hacked into nearly 100 computer networks run by NASA and U.S. military is now out of legal challenges aimed at preventing his extradition to the U.S. from England.
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has refused to hear McKinnon's case. He has already lost all legal battles in his own country. However, with that said, McKinnon is now requesting his government consider his diagnosis with Asperger's Syndrome as a reason not to extradite him.
From the U.S. National Institutes for Health: "People with Asperger syndrome have autism-like problems in areas of social interaction and communication, but have normal intelligence and verbal skills. Asperger's syndrome is usually thought to be the mildest of the autism spectrum disorders."

Last week four badly decomposed corpses were found floating off the Florida Keys. The bodies were located off Islamorada and Key Largo.
Now authorities are trying to figure out the identities of the bodies and how they came to be in the water. Three possibilities being discussed are the people are victims of drug smuggler violence, victims of Hurricane Fay or migrants trying to make their way to the U.S.
From the article:
CNN - "... it will not be easy to determine who they were, much less how they wound up in the water, where they may have spent three days. Their bodies showed signs that sharks had fed on them."

The Chicago-area man arrested June 30 on a felony charge of possessing tetrodotoxin, which is the toxin found in pufferfish has been indicted for allegedly planning to use the nerve toxin as a weapon to kill someone. The defendant, Edward F. Bachner IV, has pleaded not guilty.
Although the indictment does not name a target, it has been widely speculated that Bachner's wife may have had reason to worry. The suspicion about her being the target is bolstered by the reports Bachner has a $5 million life insurance policy for her that also carries a terrorism rider. So, should his wife die in an act of terrorism, Bachner would have received even more money.

Nate Lawson of Root Labs claims that the California Bay Area's FasTrak toll system's wireless transponders are vulnerable to cloning and overriding. Using the techniques Lawson figured out, he says someone can steal your transponder's unique ID and reprogram another transponder with it.
