Hundreds Evacuated as Iowa Dam Bursts

United States — Amazingly no one was injured when Iowa's Lake Delhi dam failed on Saturday sending a torrent of water through parts of the local community. Some 1,200 people were able to evacuate the area in time.
Dam officials described the event as "a catastrophic release of water."
