adware
Adware is software whose purpose is to automatically display advertising content through the software's own interface or through the interface of another application. Adware often collects information about the user's Internet browsing history or other computer usage and sends this information to a remote computer system. Some adware is considered "spyware". The deployment of adware raises concerns over privacy issues.
AF
Air Force. Generally refers to the United States Air Force.
Air Force One
Air Force One is the call sign of any U.S. Air Force aircraft carrying the President of the United States.
Air Force Two
Air Force Two is the call sign of any U.S. Air Force aircraft carrying the Vice President of the United States.
Anthrax
Anthrax is a non-contagious disease caused by the bacterium, Bacillus anthracis. The three types of anthrax are skin (cutaneous), lungs (inhalation), and digestive (gastrointestinal). The disease is caused by breathing in the bacteria, eating it or absorbing it through the skin. The CDC classifies anthrax's bioterrorism potential as Category A.

Avian Influenza A (H5N1)
Influenza A (H5N1) virus – also called “H5N1 virus” – is an influenza A virus subtype that occurs mainly in birds, is highly contagious among birds, and can be deadly to them. H5N1 virus does not usually infect people, but infections with these viruses have occurred in humans. Most of these cases have resulted from people having direct or close contact with H5N1-infected poultry or H5N1-contaminated surfaces. (Source: CDC)
