TSA Chief Announces Agency's Top Goals

United States — The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) new administrator, John Pistole, announced Friday his three big general goals for the agency. Thankfully, they are not all aviation specific.
Pistole's stated goals are:
- Improve TSA's counterterrorism focus through intelligence and cutting edge technology.
- Support the TSA workforce.
- Strengthen the TSA's relationships with stakeholders and the traveling public.
