TERROR GROUPS
We are working to develop a comprehensive database of terrorist groups, individuals and related events. This section will be updated periodically with new data and features.
Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) are groups operating outside the United States that plan and conduct acts of terrorism on both domestic and foreign targets. FTO's are designated by the U.S. Secretary of State.
